Exercise #29:  Living Attentively

Have a “day of paying attention.”  Notice the way you do things and ask yourself several times throughout the day, “Is this really the best way, or am I just stuck on autopilot?”

Okay, I’m going to try this today and see what happens.  Should be interesting!

    Sadly, I was so busy I didn’t pay attention, but thankfully nothing urgent came up. I did handle a couple of things with the High School and my rheumatologist and thankfully it was the best way!
