All that is a fancy name for chicken tenders. Okay, reeeeally good chicken tenders. LOVED this one and would make it again in a heartbeat. We were having two of our closest friends over and I figured, what the hey, I’m cooking anyway, they’re perfect guinea pigs and will love me even if it doesn’t work out. So….
